How do cancelation credits work?
Normally, bookings are non-refundable. As a Super Trucker Member, you get 5 cancelation credits per month. Cancel before your booking starts and receive a refund as Club Cash. Credits are consumed per vehicle — that means you could cancel 1 booking with 5 vehicles, or 5 separate bookings with 1 vehicle each, or any combination adding up to 5 vehicles.
How do edit credits work?
Normally, bookings can't be changed. As a Super Trucker Member, you get 5 edit credits per month. Move a reservation that hasn't started yet to a new date. Credits are consumed per vehicle — you could edit 1 booking with 5 vehicles, or 5 separate bookings with 1 vehicle each, or any combination adding up to 5 vehicles.
How does the 5% bonus Club Cash work?
Every time you make a purchase, you'll automatically earn 5% bonus Club Cash instead of the standard 1%. This applies to all bookings while your membership is active, up to a $50 per month earning cap. The cap increases by $50 with each upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Super Trucker Membership at any time. There are no long-term commitments or cancelation fees.
How do upgrades work?
Need more credits for a bigger fleet? You can upgrade your membership for $10/month + taxes on top of your current rate. Each upgrade adds 5 more cancelation credits, 5 more edit credits, and raises your Club Cash earning cap by $50/month. Your renewal date stays the same after upgrading.
Do unused benefits roll over?
No, your 5 refunds and 5 booking changes reset each month. Use them or lose them! The 5% bonus Club Cash applies to all purchases up to your earning cap.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You’ll be billed on the exact date your membership begins, with payments recurring monthly from that date.
