Well this location is great for me, I live literally right around the corner. But theres a circle k right there a couple miles straight north on jackrabbit rd is a kroger , several restaurants, goodwill and 5 miles west on I-10 is a Walmart cracker barrel. Great location 1/16 of a mile off the freeway.

This spot is perfect for me. Fenced with gate and only 1/2 mile from my house. Might be a little tight with a trailer . Overall this was great
