This lot is quite close to home for me. The convenience keeps me pluses there are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking does have some issues with the lot being on a sloping hill. We do not get a lot of rain in Kingman but when it does it often is a downpour. The lot has several dips washed by the rain that could benefit from some grader work. There is also a very large rock that I cannot move that would be better over by the fence line than where it currently is. I tried to move it but it is much to large to move by hand. When coming in after dark it is difficult to see and could cause some damage if hit while backing.I have parked here several times and appreciate that it is close for my purposes.I back as shown so the trailer doors face the road and empty or loaded I always put my locks on when leaving. I am not concerned about leaving it just keeping the curious from looking inside. The lot is on a well traveled street with a police substation and a fire station just down the street. There are no gates or fences around the property. That being said I have had no problems with the truck or trailer being parked you so much for providing parking for drivers to overnight or coming home for an extended period of time. It truly is appreciated. R.G.
