TPC NEEDS TO VERIFY WHAT "AMMENITIES" AND SUPPOSED PLACES IN THE AREA. THERE IS NOTHING. Dont worry about the homeless tent city that surrounds the place. They keep the criminals away. I was given a spot away from everybody. Wasnt bothered. They believe the place Id real special since they charge $75 a day.

Regarding the homeless people we cant do much in Los Angeles but have our 24/7 security and al l arround fances secure our lot. We take this very serious and make sure nobody can traspass in our lot. Pricewise we made some changes and lowered our prices and hope that works better for truck drivers. please understand that we have a very high overhead in Los Angeles California. We hope to see you again. Thank you!

A few good things here. Lots of room to maneuver Very well lit, with a security fence surrounding the property. Come and go from North Peoria St only Cant make right turn, if coming from Tujunga Ave. Gate entrance is actually on Peoria. Can get deliveries ( Walmart, DoorDash.. etc) Also, can get Uber.. etc rides.. No places to eat or shop, within walking distance. No Bathrooms available, not even porta potties. Advice: DO NOT VENTURE OUT AFTER DARK!!! Right side of Peoria and Tujugna is Skid row. Totally filled with Homeless encampments, brokedown campers, RVs, and tents. VERY SKETCHY AREA!! But there is a guard on site after hours. A plus. So had no issues, during stay. If I was in a bind and needed a place to pork, I would most likely stay here again. But would be better prepared.
