The location was easy to get to, and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The area itself wasnt bad, and I felt comfortable staying overnight. The main thing to be aware of is that the parking area is fairly small and has limited space. There were several cars and small box trucks parked inside the gate, so finding a good position for a tractor-trailer can be a little tight. Since this was my first time here, I would recommend arriving first to see what the parking situation looks like before booking, especially if there are already several smaller vehicles parked. For getting into a parking spot, I found it easiest to stay to the left near the porta-potty, swing around to make a U-turn, and leave the gate open so you have enough room to pull forward before backing into your spot. This worked well for me, but it may not be possible if vehicles are parked along the left side near the porta-potty. There is one porta-potty on the property, and it was clean. I didnt personally use it because Im terrified of spiders , but it appeared to be well maintained. Overall, the location was quiet, and nobody bothered me during my stay. You can hear the train occasionally, but it wasnt an issue for me. I also had food delivered, and the delivery driver was able to find me without any problems. There is someone who checks the property at night. I only had an issue with the night attendant because there had been a problem with the gate lock before I arrived, but everything was easy to handle. Leaving was just as easy as getting in. I locked the gate back up when I left and was on my way. Overall, I would park here again. My only recommendation is to check the available space when you arrive, since the area is small and the number of cars and box trucks parked inside can make maneuvering more challenging for a tractor-trailer.

The parking lot has an inconvenient entrance. I had a brief conversation with the owner of the property across from the parking area. To enter your lot, you need to take a wide turn, but the space is limited because of the No Truck signs.

Not visible enough signs of the adress or what gate to go into, poor lighting, uneven and not so clean gravel parking, the surrounding area looks like a junkyard, not within walking distance to anything.
