The place didnt have 5 empty spots like was saying when I bought my space, was a very tight place with lots of cars and whatnot which made difficult to maneuver was in a safe place, but nothing much to it I dont think was worth the 30 dollars

Parking was ok the area not so great the gate was left open multiple times during the week as I frequently checked on truck and trailer I eventually moved truck to home and left trailer as no room in my personal drive as a last resort I will only use this location homeless around corner truck tires in road poor lighting (1) near far side of shop 3 stars for having a spot open multiple broke down trucks in highlited area for parking will use other location on 99frontage in stockton instead

This place was somewhat ok but it was a big mess parts and junk everywhere be careful when parking here I had to replace 2 tires from running metal over
