A personal vehicle may be left in a paid space, and disabled vehicles may be towed in while repairs are arranged. Minor repairs like a tire swap are fine as long as no fluids or mess are left behind.

This is private residential property and the owner lives on site, so please keep it quiet and tidy. The power outlet is for small electronics only - phones, chargers, and the like. No hazmat loads. There is no restroom on site.
