Extremely tight entrance. Building too close together with roof overhang on each side. Ground is not paved and is uneven making it difficult to drive over. Tight maneuverability inside. Vegetable Garden and chicken coop in center of lot. Totally unorganized, vehicles of all sizes and shapes are parked anywhere they could squeeze in. Very difficult area for parking. Caretaker was pleasant though.

Had to fold my mirrors in to fit past the gate, and parking is in the grass; but I got out no problem even after the rain made it soft and muddy, and the owner is very nice and accommodating. Gate is only open between about 0800 and 1800 so be aware when coming or going
