Where to start. We booked this spot only to show up and be told it should have been taken down. We were told we could not park there. Okay mistakes happen. So even though the owner had been in contact suddenly he was unresponsive. I tried to reach out to support on multiple occasions and never heard back. Keep in mind this wasnt a small charge either it was over $1000. I was just on hold with the chat until it timed out. I eventually had to dispute it with my credit card company to get any sort of resolution.
