I parked my truck just for one week and paid it over $300 after one week charged over $300 again without the park reservation
Property Member Response, Oct 12, 2026Were sorry to hear about your experience. However, we would like to clarify that all reservations, payments, and billing are handled directly by Truck Parking Club, not by our facility. As the parking provider, we only make parking spaces available and have no access to customer payments, billing information, or the ability to issue additional charges. We take pride in providing a safe, clean, and convenient parking facility. We believe this review unfairly reflects on our business, as the billing concerns mentioned are entirely outside our control. We encourage you to contact Truck Parking Club directly to resolve any payment discrepancies. Thank you for choosing our facility.
