Unfortunately, this lot is not suitable for semi trucks. The listing says there are 5 spots, but in reality only one truck can fitand even then only by backing in. If you pull in forward, youll get stuck, since theres no way to turn around: two trees are growing right in the middle of the yard, and on the sides there are cars and containers parked. I pulled in forward at night, and in the morning I had to back all the way out.

Nice empty lot but trees in the middle makes it difficult for trucks to park

it was good tight spot for being less than 10 min away from my delivery. theres was 2 small trees in the middle of the lot that makes it harder back in it would be best to back in off the road i turned around in the lot but just barely made it without hitting 1 of the small trees and being at 90 degree angle. and there is a rock on both sides of the corner of the driveway to watch out for but it was a nice small quiet place
