I had been in place for about 2 hours when I get knock on the side of my sleeper. Lo and behold when I moved the curtain, theres a police officer standing outside my truck. Telling me that the property owner has called and complained and asked that Id be moved along. I got in touch with truck parking Club and they attempted to reach the property owner only to receive a voicemail prompt that they are out of the office. Truck parking Club was outstanding and their customer service, however I will not be back to that location again. If they dont want people parking there, then they shouldnt rent out the spaces.
Property Member Response, Sep 23, 2026The person you interacted with is not the property manager of OUR PROPERTY. We were informed that you had parked in the wrong area across the street from our lot with video evidence. OUR lot has a official TPC parking space signage. We did not receive any communications on our end from TPC the day of the incident. We have communicated with our neighboring property manager about the mix up and he was very understanding of the situation. Our listing is easy to understand and our signage was installed by TPC so it was easy to see and understand. Please only park at the property that you have a reserved space with next time. Thank you.

Quiet. Close to food. It was late so I didnt get to any. If delivering to Walmart DC its right across the street. More affordable than other places or truck stop. Id stay again.
