As a first timer, inbound was a matter of avoiding the "no trucks" streets. Once here, it felt like I was parked in an alleyway (which I obviously was not). The environment is an easy blend of light commercial and residential. Very decent lighting and security cameras from the adjacent business. Nighttime activity and noise was non-existent. A swell, but unusual little hideaway.
