So this was my first time here while the lot is concrete l think there was a lot of overgrown brush, the area is an industrial area with very little lighting so it was nice and dark but being the only truck there made it feel a little sketchy safety wise even though there are signs that say the property is being recorded

It was a good place to park my truck and trailer no issues no improvement needed everything is close by to go eat

Little sketchy coming in but its okay with a 53 ft dry van and dry pavement. Wouldnt recommend when wet or icy. You need to watch for oncoming traffic when you head down the slope. You will take the whole road on the switch back. No services. Dark and quiet until the train drives by every 30 minutes. A few asian restaurants and 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Not bad for the price especially when you have no choices around the area.
