Misleading Booking Process, Useless Support and Major Towing Risk....I am beyond frustrated with my experience using Truckparkingclub.com. When booking my 2 day stay to visit my daughter, I selected the SUV/car option from their dropdown menu, paid for my parking and joined their club. Only after taking my money did the system inform me that I couldnt actually park my SUV there due to regulations. What followed was a total collapse of cs. 1. Endless AI loop: I spent four separate sessions chatting with their automated bot trying to reach a human. Each time, the bot claimed my request was prioritized and promised a cs representation would call me "within minutes" No call ever came! Ignored Requests: I provided my email asking for written confirmation or help resolving the issue, but received zero response. Dead End Phone Line. When I tried calling the phone number listed for customer support, an automated message told me that I was to go back to their website for more useless chat features. If someone hadnt warned me to double check their SUV policy before I left, I would have driven all the way to Hagerstown just to find out I cant park. Even worse, if I had parked there trusting their website dropdown, my vehicle most likely would have been towed leaving me stranded after my trip. This is a Big Safety Issue!!! It is completely unacceptable to list "SUV/car" as an available option during checkout if those vehicles are barred by regulations. I have had several chats since then with their AI system only to be told someone will call me in minutes again. Just to find out they dont and I have been scammed out of my money, my time, and could have been my safety. In hopes this helps someone else - and shame on you for offering non-existent customer service is a massive liability for travelers. And the best part is ...they send you text messages asking you about your stay and when you try and reply it says..This chat can only help with valid TEXT@PAY code
