Guy who owns it is cool but the neighbors suck. They call the cops, they try to get you to leave, they called my company to complain, they film you. Just a bunch of mean old people who dont want you around.

We couldnt even park one truck and couldnt use the parking lot at all. They refused to refund our money. I didnt like that attitude.
