The location itself is nice and quiet. Plenty of room to pull in and park. (I had a low to the ground 53 spread axle event marketing trailer) and still had plenty of room. Getting to the location was a bit tricky but manageable. I would advise planning the route in and out as truck GPS can mess you up. I was able to get an uber here and back a week later. Nobody messed with the trailer while I was gone.

Decent spot but be careful you need to go down N canal st and turn down water st where Appleton st and n canal st meet if you only go down Appleton st to get to water st there is a 11ft-4 bridge
