Everything was great. I was out of hours and needed a place to park. This was only $10. Its a huge lot, fenced in, and lighted. The only issue is that the toilet wasnt working when I was there. If you cant get it flushing please put in a porta potty

Like some of the other reviews said the entrance is kind of tight so you have to swing wide especially if you have your tandems back but otherwise it was great it is very quiet and well lit would be nice if they had a porta john but for $10 a night Im not gonna complain will definitely stay again if I deliver in st. clair again.
Property Member Response, Sep 26, 2026The entrance will be widen hopefully before winter. I do have a shower and toilet now at the west light pole. Im working on getting things better for everyone.

I stand by that a dumpster and a bathroom or even a portapotty would go a long way, but I feel like this spot is one I can count on for a safe spot if I have to get close to St. Louis.
Property Member Response, Sep 26, 2026I have installed a shower and toilet since then. Im working on making everything better. Thanks for staying.
