This is a quiet spot backed up to a dock door at a warehouse facility. We are located between Hwy 74 and the 74 Bypass on the Southeast side of Charlotte. Interstate I-485(Exit 51A) is 5 miles away. There is a number of restaurants both fast food and casual dining in the area. During business hours (mon-fri - 8am to 4pm) you have access to the bathroom and snack/soda vending machines. If you have trailer 53ft *** #3 is difficult to back in, there is an abandoned truck in the *** #4. Right hand parking from public road. Turnaround is nice if no baseball events is scheduled at the time when you plan to park there because back of the building will be packed with cars. If you experience is less than 1 year of driving better find yourself easier spot to park
