This place used to feel personable and professional. Now its just a guy that sits at the gate and tells you that you have to do everything on the app. They used to write down your truck and trailer number and even get up when someone leaves to check that you arent stealing anything. I watched three or more trucks come and go and the security guard didnt even get out of his seat. They also dont let you pay at the gate anymore. I used to really like parking here because it felt secure, now it does not. Will find another solution moving forward.
