This north Portland yard sits on North Vancouver Way in the Delta Park area, right off I-5 and a short run to I-205 and the airport.

⛽ Fuel & Truck Services: Jubitz Truck Stop is a quarter mile up the same street. Fuel, showers, a full service shop, several restaurants, a barber, and a movie theater, all open 24 hours.

🍔 Food: Cascade Grill is a two minute drive at 10350 N Vancouver Way, open from 6 AM until midnight. Plenty more across Delta Park and Jantzen Beach.

🏨 Hotel: The Portlander Inn is at the Jubitz complex, with several more hotels within a mile or two.

🚻 Restrooms: Two portable restrooms on site, one at each end of the property.

📹 Cameras: Full camera coverage of the yard.

💡 Lit Lot: The yard is lit at night.

This is an established, fully gated 4.5 acre truck parking yard. There are two gated entrances, one on each side of the property, and both stay closed and lock automatically behind you. Spaces are angled so you can back in from your driver's side no matter which gate you come through. Spaces are not assigned, so park in any open spot. Access is 24/7/365 and drivers are welcome to sleep in the cab on a break. Hazmat is welcome on the truck, and minor repairs like a tire or alternator swap are fine as long as nothing is left behind.

Leaving a personal vehicle while you are out in the truck is welcome on longer stays, but it goes in the dedicated car parking area rather than your truck space. No disabled or towed-in vehicles.
