Throughout my time using this location, I found it to be overpriced for what it offers. The area is congested, there are no meaningful amenities, and the owner maintains unnecessarily restrictive policies regarding personal vehicles, even when the lot has ample vacant parking.I work full-time and dont have the time or energy to deal with repeated confrontations over a service Im paying for. Because of the way my tow truck driver and I were treated, I chose to remove my vehicle before my reservation that I vacated the space early due to these circumstances, I believe a refund for the unused portion of my reservation is appropriate. I cannot recommend this location and encourage others to consider alternative parking options that provide a more professional customer I find most disappointing is that the repeated confrontations were over issues that should have been minor, especially when the parking lot had plenty of vacant spaces. Instead of focusing on providing a positive customer experience, the interactions felt unnecessarily hostile and adversarial. As a local resident, I will be sharing my experience with others in the community because I believe potential customers deserve to know what they may encounter. I would not recommend this locationeven for a short stay. Between the congested area and the repeated confrontations, my experience was far below what I expected from a paid parking service. Not to mention the. Vehicle is in a vulnerable open space no security no surveillance. What am I paying for Why would I pay $30 a day for this location that comes with nothing but aggravation from the business owner.

We respect your decision to choose a parking location that better meets your clarification to future customers, the concern in this situation was never simply that a personal vehicle entered the property or that we had vacant spaces available. The issue was the repeated presence of multiple additional vehicles that were not reserved, including a tow truck that remained for an extended period and obstructed access to the lot. It was asked to be moved so that other customers, neighboring businesses, and Amazon customers and drivers could safely enter and exit the number of vacant spaces at any particular moment does not eliminate the need to keep our entrances and driving areas accessible, nor does it permit unreserved vehicles to occupy additional spaces for extended do allow minor work on a reserved vehicle as a convenience to our truck-parking customers. This was intended for limited maintenance such as changing a tire, an oil change, or another minor repair. Our SMALL LOT is not advertised or intended to operate as a mechanics lot or repair facility where multiple vehicles, tow trucks, or service vehicles remain onsite while extensive repairs are also believe customers should know exactly what they are purchasing. We do not advertise security personnel or surveillance as amenities at this location. Customers are able to review the location, amenities, pricing, and parking information before making a responsibility as a host is to maintain a property that remains accessible and usable for everyones CONVENIENCEnot only one renter. We will continue welcoming customers who find our location convenient while requiring all vehicles occupying the property for extended periods to be properly reserved and all entrances and traffic areas to remain wish you the best and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances for future customers.
