Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this location, especially if you need to park at night. I arrived in the middle of the night completely exhausted after a long day of driving, expecting to simply park my truck and rest. Instead, I found the property completely closed with no way to get in. I called repeatedly, sent messages, honked the horn, and tried every possible way to contact the property. Nobody answered. I waited and kept trying, but I was completely ignored. This is unacceptable for a location advertised as truck parking. Drivers depend on these reservations, especially late at night when safe parking is already difficult to find. If this property does not provide access or assistance 24/7, that needs to be CLEARLY stated before people are allowed to make overnight reservations. I ended up exhausted, frustrated, and forced to find somewhere else to park in the middle of the night. Absolutely unreliable. If you need a place to safely leave your truck at night, I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. I would never book this location again.
