The I-45 Pierce Elevated runs along the north edge of this block, I-69 / US-59 is less than a mile south, SH-288 feeds in just east of that interchange, and I-10 is a straight shot north through downtown. Hard to get more central for anyone running the Houston core, the Port corridor, or the Texas Medical Center. Open lot, no gate, pull straight in off the street.
