Had a theft that occurred with the rubber lips on my trailer . Owner of the parking location is the same owner of the gas station thats next door . I reached out to him to try to get my situation handled. And received no response. So I walked next door to his gas station and told an employee what happened. She immediately called him and he answered. But when it comes to communication with his truck parking area. He takes forever to respond or he doesnt respond at all . This was my 3rd time parking at this location and this was my first bad encounter with something bad happening. The owner needs to be more responsive and communicate with truck parking customers when we are reaching out with issues. If hes too busy . He needs to have someone else to be available for any issues that us truckers may encounter at his parking location.
