Mud lot. Lots of massive ruts and holes. It unexpectedly rained the night I stayed. Was slinging mud and making a mess of my truck and trailer. If Id been loaded, I may have gotten stuck. Took photos and videos as evidence. There is a junk yard that has encroached the parking area. Robert from Truck Parking Club reached out to consult on the issue and said that he would consult with the owner about making improvements.
