I booked this location through Truck Parking Club and received a confirmed reservation (#0DIATUJP). Upon arrival, on-site security informed me that parking was not authorized, stated the property is controlled by the railroad, and advised that my truck would be towed if I remained. Security also indicated they do not recognize Truck Parking Club reservations at this the issue was reported, I was only provided a prorated refund, not a full reimbursement, despite being unable to use the location at all and facing a potential towing situation. No consideration was given for the inconvenience, disruption, or risk created by the listing being appears to be a serious disconnect between the listing and actual property authorization. This location should be verified immediately or removed until authorization is clarified to prevent other drivers from experiencing the same issue
