This lot is not adequate for a 53 ft semi. It is impossible to turn around as shown in the diagram. There is a standpipe in the way of turning around and backing. Not to mention the ground is uneven and soft in that area and it is easy to lose traction. If you are able to get turned around, it is a tight blindside back in between a neighboring property fence and the standpipe, up a substantial slope. A lot itself is unkempt, full of weeds and debris. The gate is narrow and does not close all the way and there is no lock as mentioned. I tried to communicate these issues with the property manager but I never received a reply. Truck accessibility could be greatly improved simply by pushing the fence line back or taking the fence out completely. The only good thing I can say about this property is that it is tucked away and seems safe. I would only ever Park here again if I was desperate and arrived during the day with an empty truck. I have not been here at night but I dont see any lights around the property whatsoever.
Was not able to enter the place due to the gate being too narrow and the area around the gate being too small.
